Sparrow Barn was completed in March 2022. It Sleeps two adults (over 16's only) .

We are offering something a little different with a touch of luxury. You get the same level of service as with our glamping Shepherds Hut, including your complimentary bottle of bubbly, Yorkshire food hamper and a full breakfast option using our own "Bell End Farm" Sausage and produce sourced from our local butcher. You also have a Shower room with power shower, central heating, fridge freezer, microwave, electric cooker and dishwasher,  King Sized bed, outdoor seating. There is a private parking space opposite Sparrow Barn.

Sparrow barn is a perfect place to unwind for a few days, while enjoying the North York Moors National Park and our stunning coastline only 40 mins drive away from Whitby or quite quaint traditional villages like Robin Hoods Bay. 

Rosedale Village is just a mile away from the farm, either by road or public footpath, so you can both enjoy the hospitality of our two local pubs. 

2022 Prices Friday/Saturday and Bank holidays from £100 per night, weekdays from £90 per night.

A mimum of a 2 night stay and special packages and prices can be arranged for special occasions or longer stays.

Follow the road North through Rosedale village (towards Castleton) 

Drive out the village 1 mile and turn left signed Sycamore Farm and Five Acre View

The farm gate entrance is the 3rd driveawy on your right, drive over the cattle grid and Sparrow barn is on your right after the farm house
