The Glamping package includes;
Low Bell End Farm has hot showers and toilet facilities. All you will need is...whatever food and drink you want to bring with you and the ability to relax.
Just check-in, relax and start enjoying yourself. In addition we can offer bbq meat using our own farm produce or meat sourced from our local indepentant butcher, a fully cooked English breakfast and ready made meals delivered to your Glamping Accommodation.
Our Glamping Shepherds Hut offers luxury camping, a warm welcome and a break tailor made to your needs.
We are 3⁄4 mile from the picturesque village of Rosedale Abbey accessible via road or along the public footpath with two country style pubs.

Follow the road North through Rosedale village (towards Castleton)
Drive out the village 1 mile and turn left for Sycamore Farm
Our driveway is the 3rd on your right, drive over the cattle grid and down the track/driveway - this is also a Public Footpath - the Hayloft is on your left, Sparrow Barn on your right and Our Shepherds Hut is located on the campsite, entrance on your left.
Please "check in" at the Farm house on arrival between 3-5pm unless otherwise arranged, "Check out" is by 10.30am on day of departure.
In the heart of the North York Moors National Park we are surrounded by unspoilt open views of the rolling Dales and Moorland with hundreds of miles of footpaths and bridal ways to explore.
Glamping Accommodation is available from £90 a night - sorry NO one night stays, discounts are available for more than a two night stay.

The following criteria applies when booking into Sparrow Barn, the Hayloft or our Shepherds Hut
Payments
A deposit of £75 (or your 1st Night's stay) this is non-refundable to be paid when you make your booking.
The remaining balance is due/payable six weeks before arrival.
We except payment by Bank Transfer .
In some cases there may be an outstanding balance, this must be settled on arrival – before occupying your accommodation.
Cancellations – We DO NOT give refunds on any bookings made at Low Bell End (LBE) Farm under any circumstances. However, should more than one calendar months’ notice be given, and only if we are able to fill the number of nights you have booked, we will try to offer you alternative dates. If a booking is cancelled, and you have an outstanding balance, then you will be liable to pay the remaining money/balance.
In the event of a cancellation then a £15 administration fee will be charged.
If we cancel, our liability shall be limited to return in full the money you have paid.
Refunds – in the event of leaving early (for any reason) NO REFUNDS will be given. Your booking is a legally binding contract and in the event of cancellation or curtailment no refund will be given. This also applies to weather conditions, if you choose to cancel your booking due to weather, a refund will not be offered.
In addition any damage to the Premises, site, accommodation or contents could incur extra charges.
Glamping Pets – dogs and cats
Well-behaved dogs are welcome, please keep your dog on a lead at all times. Please be responsible for cleaning up after your pet. There is an additional charge per pet /per stay of £10. Maximum number of pets two per Unit. We reserve the right to charge extra for cleaning and repairs if your pet damages the site, livestock, furniture or soft furnishings.
Farm Safety
Please do not walk around the farm yard, buildings, equipment/machinery and fields. LBE farm has a public footpath running through it, giving access on foot to Rosedale Abbey village (.75 miles away) and Rosedale Valley.
Please keep dogs on leads (at all times) when using the footpaths.
Mobile Phone coverage
There is NO MOBILE PHONE COVERAGE.
On arrival you will be given the Wi-Fi Network and password, for your free use whilst staying with us.
If there is an emergency then you will be granted us of the LBE Farm BT Landline - telephone number 01751 417997.
Liability
The owners of LBE Farm are absolved of all liability for accidents resulting in damage to property and guests and from any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
The owners of LBE Farm reserve the right to ask guests not observing the LBE Farm terms and conditions to leave without refunds and with immediate effect.
All guests are responsible for their own possessions, in the event of any items being left at LBE farm (lost property) we will endeavour to locate the items and forward back to the owner with a postage and handling fee (minimum £10).
Sparrow Barn , The Hayloft and Shepherds Hut Occupancy
Arrivals from 3.00 – 5.00pm. If your estimated time of arrival is later than 5.00pm please let us know.
Departure/vacating on day of departure by 10.30am.
Guests must report to the LBE Farm House/ reception on arrival.
Your own BBQ is not allowed.
The Shepherds Hut has its own BBQ and Fuel/Charcoal for guest use.
The Shepherds Hut has an electric supply – suitable for lighting and low voltage domestic appliances.
No vehicles are permitted in the grassed Glamping area, please park your vehicle in the Car park.
The speed limit is 5mph around the farm. Please ensure you stick to this speed limit – to ensure the safety of people and animals.
Noise – please consider other guests and keep music, radios and any barking dog noise to a minimum especially after 10.00pm.
No Campfires - we can provide you with a fire pit and a trugg full of wood at an additional charge of £8
